2007-2008 PCFAC Fundraiser The lucky winner of the 2007-2008 year's plaque draw Wes Simpson-Shaw GMC The next annual PCFAC fundraising event is a raffle that will not only be of ease for members to sell, but a piece of NHL history that would make a fine addition to any office, den or sports room. It is the third of a set of four, depicting Stanley cup Championship Teams from 1970-1995, that was donated to our group by RMC Sports Manufacturing Ltd. and has a street value of approximately $275 per piece. The donor has advised that he will give us a new piece each year to raffle and should be well sought after, should someone want to attempt to own the whole set of four (we had the only complete set in Western Canada!). A picture is presented here for your perusal and the tickets will be available through your executive at the September 2007 meeting. We will give anyone, especially members, who want the opportunity to support the education fund by selling a book, the ability to do so, thereby supporting your Association. Individual tickets will be made available at each meeting for those who wish to purchase in that fashion at a cost of $2.00 per ticket or 3 tickets for $5.00. Your executive believes this is an easy way for the membership to show their support and augment the Association treasury for future educational purposes. Please let us count on your continued support of our worthy cause. The winner of the first collector's piece at the June 2004 windup banquet was Peggy Chu of McKesson Canada.
