Phone Captain's Schedule Change:

Please note that the members on your phone list must be contacted and a final attendance number given to the Phone Captain, Tom DeFilippo no later than 12 Noon on the Thursday preceding each meeting date.

This re-scheduling takes place as a result of a request from the Blackfoot Inn catering chef, who requires the weekend to arrange his fish and meat orders.

We ask and trust that you will convey this message to your membership call list and also reiterate that they must give you a choice of the standard entree OR seafood in order that we can register our order properly. Starting at the September 2008 meeting those who have ordered Seafood will be given a ticket at entry to be placed in front of them at their table identifying them as a person who has ordered Seafood for dinner. This will alleviate confusion for the wait-staff and ensure that those who placed proper orders with their phone committee are duly recognized at dinner.
